ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
JENNIFER DOMINICK - MPA, BSL
Jennifer Dominick has been in the Behavioral Health field since 2006. Jen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Widener University in 2003. Jen started out as a Therapeutic Staff Support from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Jen received her Master of Science Degree from Marywood University and transitioned to a Behavior Specialist Consultant, and later received her License from the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine for a Behavior Specialist. Jen is currently working as Director of the program and as a Licensed Behavior Specialist.
DEBORAH M. KNECHT - MA, LPC, LBS
Deborah joined Autism Behavioral Services, in March of 2012. With her, she brought a variety of experience from within and around the mental health field. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a minor in Addiction’s Counseling from Misericordia University, Dallas, PA. She continued on to earn a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University, Scranton, PA. She extended her Master’s Program to become a National CertifiedCounselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, Deborah is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of PA. She also took Applied Behavior Analyst classes through Florida Institute of Technology. During her work service, Deborah headed Partial HospitalizationPrograms, After-School Programs, and was instrumental in creating the first School- Based Behavioral Health Program in the area. She also, at times, served a Mobile Therapist. Deborah served on the Youth Aide Panel in Luzerne County and the Positive Behavior Support Program or a local school district. She volunteers with various organizations that contribute to the welfare of children especially fostered and special needs.

JENNIFER RANDAZZO - MS, LBS
Jenn has been working in the Social Services field with children and families since 2008. Jenn started working as a Mobile Therapist in the Behavioral Health field in 2009. In 2013, Jenn started her work as a Behavior Specialist and then became a Licensed Behavior Specialist in 2015. Jenn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 from Misericordia University (formerly College Misericordia). In 2009, Jenn finished her Master of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix. Jenn has been employed as a Licensed Behavior Specialist with Autism Behavioral Services since 2018.

GINA ROMANO - MS, NCC, LBS

Gina has been working within the behavioral health field since 2018. She first began her career as a BHT and worked in several different behavioral settings. Gina received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 from The University of Scranton. She became certified as a National Certified Counselor and spent some time working as a mental health therapist in an outpatient setting and a professor at Penn State University teaching Psychology and Counseling courses. Gina recently became licensed as a Licensed Behavioral Specialist in January 2025 and is currently a Behavior Specialist for the agency.
DANA HALL - MS, BSL

Dana Hall has been employed by Autism Behavioral Services since June of 2007. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from King's College in 2005 and became employed as a Therapeutic Support Staff in 2007. Dana later became a Behavior Specialist once achieving a Master's of Science degree from the University of Scranton in 2012. Currently, Dana holds a dual certification in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling. She earned licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine and became a Licensed Behavior Specialist in 2013. Dana is currently employed as the Operations Supervisor at the agency,
LEAH PETERS - MA, NCC, LPC

Leah has been working in behavioral health as a Behavior Consultant and Mobile Therapist since 2008. She was a TSS prior to that since 2004. Leah earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University in 2004. She received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University in 2008. She is a National Certified Counselor and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011.

MARIA YEAGER - M.Ed., BCBA
Maria has been working in Behavioral Health since 2009, first as a TSS and then transitioning to a BSC. Maria earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State University in 2006 and then went on to teach second grade for two years. In 2010, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her Master's degree in education with an autism specialization. She also earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2022. Maria has been working at Autism Behavioral Services since 2018 as a Behavior Consultant and as the Clinical Director.
GERRY CAPRISTO - BS

Gerry Capristo has been in the Behavioral Health field since 2006. Gerry received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kings's College in 1983. He then worked as a Branch Manager of a Financial Institution from 1983 to 1987. From 1987 to 1991, he worked for a Government Subcontractor as Purchasing Manager. Gerry then became the Business Manager of a local corporation from 1991 to 2006. In 2006, he transitioned to the Behavioral Health field and joined Autism Behavioral Services in 2018. He currently is working as a Behavioral Health Technician and in the Business Relations department.
BARBARA LOIACONO, BA
Barbara is a graduate of Wyoming Area High School. She graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She began working as a Behavioral Health Technician in 2011. In August 2018, she started working at Autism Behavioral Services as a Behavioral Health Technician. Here, she continued working as a BHT for 5 1/2 years before moving to her current position within the company as the Intake Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant.
JONATHAN WOYTACH, MA, LBS

Jonathan has been working in the behavioral health field since 2017. He first began his career as a DSP in an adult day program, providing day programming and community-based services to individuals. He transitioned to a Behavior Consultant at the day program, providing behavioral health services to individuals both inside and outside the day program. From 2021 to 2025, he worked as a Behavior Therapist in a school-based setting, providing behavioral health services to middle school and high school-aged children. He graduated from Marywood University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued his education there, earning his Master of Arts in Teaching in 2017. In December of 2024, he completed the advanced certificate program in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Damean University in Amherst, NY. He recently became a Licensed Behavior Specialist in March of 2025.

PEYTON LOUISE NEISHMAN - MS, LBS
Peyton began working in the behavioral health field in 2018. She started her career as a BHT and worked in several different behavioral settings. She joined Autism Behavioral Services in 2020 as a Behavioral Health Technician. Peyton earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University in 2023. She then continued her education and completed a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Scranton. Peyton recently became a Licensed Behavioral Specialist in October 2025 and is currently working in that position for the agency.
KELSEY PRZEKOP, MS

Kelsey joined Autism Behavioral Services in October 2025. Kelsey received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 2023, with minors in Women's Studies and Sociology. Kelsey was in various HR roles from 2024-2025: Culture & Talent Intern, HR Intern, and Culture & People Intern. In 2025, Kelsey will receive her Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she received a certificate in Industrial and Organizational in 2024. Kelsey is currently working as the Human Resources Coordinator.
